PB Architect prepares parcellation and re-parcellation projects for the formation of new cadastral parcels or the reorganisation of existing ones. These projects are a necessary prerequisite for aligning the cadastral status with planning documentation, which opens the possibility of obtaining permits and legalising buildings.
Parcellation projects are prepared in cooperation with an authorised geodetic bureau and in accordance with the planning documentation applicable to the given location.
