PB Architect provides urban planning and design services — from individual plots to complex urban areas.
Through years of practice we have gained experience in independently preparing and contributing to urban projects for various investors. Based on these UPs, we carried out site development that enabled the obtaining of location conditions and building permits, on the basis of which numerous buildings were constructed. We have also prepared a large number of parcellation and re-parcellation projects that created the conditions for improved construction across various sites.
